Wood is a material that gives people a comfortable feeling, such as high heat insulation, humidity control, and less irritation to the eyes. This is a space exhibit where you can experience the structure, interior and exterior, and heat insulation of domestic timber while introducing concrete data and numerical values about the effects of timber that have a positive impact on human health.

Wood City TOKYO Model Architecture Award/Award Winning Exhibition Corner
This architecture award is given to innovative and model buildings or wooden spaces that open up new possibilities for the use of wood in order to stimulate new demand for wood in Tokyo, a major timber consuming area. This is a competition to award the An award ceremony will be held at the Mokukore opening ceremony, and you can see the award-winning works on the panel display in this corner.
Wood Design Award 2022 Special Corner
Wood Design Award 2022' started as a new award this year. Four prizes were selected for the highest award: the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award, the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award, the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Award, and the Minister of the Environment Award. 188 works with unique designs were awarded.
